Harnessing Blockchain & AI for Inclusive Agriculture 

Syngenta Foundation India (SFI) and Agri-Entrepreneur Growth Foundation (AEGF), in partnership with HashPoint Consulting Sàrl, Geneva, Switzerland, launched Project Swaminathan—a landmark digital agriculture initiative.  

This 1.5-year project aims to revolutionize the way smallholder farmers access agricultural advisory by integrating blockchain and AI-powered tools into existing AE Digital Diary platforms. Leveraging satellite imagery and real-time data, the project will introduce crop-specific advisories, enhance traceability, and reduce cultivation costs while mitigating crop risk. 

Project Swaminathan will directly benefit 35,000 farmers across India, with a scalable roadmap to reach 1,00,000 farmers and 1,000 Agri-Entrepreneurs (AEs). This initiative represents a bold step forward in our collective effort to build transparent, tech-driven, and resilient agricultural systems.
