Connecting Strategy with Field Realities

Partnerships become stronger when program strategy remains closely connected to the experiences of entrepreneurs and farmers on the ground.

Teams from the Evergreen Innovation Platform (EIP), including Ms. Daniela Kandel and Mr. Tushar Bhosale engaged with AEs across Maharashtra to understand their businesses, farmer relationships, operational challenges, and growth opportunities.

In Parner block, Ahilyanagar, interactions covered enterprises working across Agri-inputs, cold storage, and output services. Discussions focused on business performance, farmer benefits, service expansion, and future growth opportunities.

In Niphad and Chandwad blocks of Nashik, the EIP and AEGF teams visited AE-led input and soil-testing enterprises to understand how locally anchored entrepreneurs are making agricultural services more accessible to farmers.

Such engagements create an important feedback loop, connecting field experience with program design and helping identify practical opportunities for strengthening rural enterprises.
