Empowering Rural Youth Across Maharashtra with Skills, Confidence, and Business Readiness
The Axis Bank Foundation-supported Agri-Entrepreneur (AE) Project continues to strengthen the rural ecosystem through targeted capacity building and agri-business development. In August 2025, the project celebrated the completion of the 40-day online training program under Batch 04.




Key Highlights – August 2025
- AE Training Completion: 73 Agri-Entrepreneurs from 68 villages across seven districts of Maharashtra completed a 40-day structured online training program.
- Comprehensive Curriculum: Training included sessions on soil science, crop agronomy and protection, safe pesticide use, CSA practices, agri-allied business, financial literacy, and skill-building.
- Trainee Feedback: Participants shared valuable feedback on teaching methods and the program’s impact on their knowledge.
- Success Story Sharing: Existing AEs shared their entrepreneurial journeys to inspire the new batch, adding a real-life perspective to the learning.
- Valedictory Celebration: A closing session was organized to mark the completion of the program, with AEs reflecting on their learnings and progress.
