Shri Ji Soil Testing Laboratory | Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh 

Healthy soil is fundamental to productive and resilient agriculture. Yet farmers need access to reliable information about their soil before they can make informed crops and nutrient-management decisions. 

AEGF, with technical support from the Evergreen Innovation Platform (EIP), inaugurated the Shri Ji Soil Testing Laboratory in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh. 

Through science-based soil testing, the facility is designed to help farmers better understand soil nutrient status and make informed decisions on fertilizer application and crop management. 

Improved access to soil diagnostics can contribute to more efficient input use, lower cultivation costs, and improved productivity, while strengthening the transition towards climate-smart and resource-efficient agriculture.
